1. Acceptance

By using KevinWrite ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

KevinWrite is an autonomous SEO content engine that generates, scores, and publishes blog content on your behalf. The Service connects to your blog platforms using credentials you provide.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any blog platform credentials you provide. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You own all content generated by the Service for your account. We do not claim ownership of your articles, keywords, or published content. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
Spam or manipulate search engines in violation of their guidelines.
Attempt to access other customers' data or circumvent tenant isolation.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's algorithms.

6. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KevinWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request data export before termination.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
